Register Now to Sample CA’s Small Group Training Classes at Free February Expo


Columbia Association (CA) is offering a special opportunity to sample its small group training classes — fun, challenging and effective workouts in a setting that allows for individual instruction from CA’s expert trainers.

A free Personal Training Small Group Training Expo will be held on Saturday, Feb. 2, from 8 a.m. until noon at Columbia Athletic Club, which is located at 5435 Beaverkill Road near the Harper’s Choice Village Center. The expo is free both to CA members and guests.

The 20-minute demonstrations are a sampling of the classes and personal trainers at CA’s three fitness facilities: Columbia Athletic Club, Columbia Gym and Supreme Sports Club. The demonstration schedule is:

  • 8 a.m.: Cross Conditioning with Darrell
  • 8:30 a.m.: Extreme Aeroboxing with Darrell
  • 9 a.m.: Russian Kettlebell with Stanislav
  • 9:30 a.m.: TRX® with Emily
  • 10 a.m.: Hardcore with Philip
  • 10:30 a.m.: Russian Kettlebell with William
  • 11 a.m.: TRX® with Philip
  • 11:30 a.m. Fusion Cardio TRX® with Bonnie and Jen

The demonstrations are being held in Columbia Athletic Club’s Boxing/Small Group Training Studio. Space is limited to six spots per session for participation and some classes allowing an additional four spots for watching the class. All registered attendees will receive a coupon giving them eight small group training sessions for the price of seven. For CA members, that means they can sign up for eight sessions of a small group training program for just $140 (regular price: $160). CA residents get eight sessions and entry to the facility for $175 (regular price: $200). Non-Members get eight sessions and entry to the facility for $210 (regular price: $240). The discount can be applied to classes starting between now and April 30. Coupons cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Other fees or restrictions may apply. Coupons expire on Wednesday, Feb. 6.
