If You Dare … Join CA on October 23 for the Monster Dash 5k

Proceeds from the event will benefit the Coalition for a Healthy Maryland

The Columbia Association (CA) is proud to host the Monster Dash 5k Run/1 Mile Walk on Sunday, October 23 to benefit the Coalition for a Healthy Maryland. The event will be held from 8:30 a.m. until noon at Hopewell Pool. Following the race, there will be refreshments, door prizes, music and a costume contest for participants and their families. Prizes will be awarded to the top male and top female finishers in each age group: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+.

Registration is available online at active.com. The minimum donation is $10 for the 1 mile walk and $25 for the 5k run. Runners who register by October 14 will be guaranteed a t-shirt.
