The Columbia Association (CA) invites members and residents to celebrate National Dance Day on Saturday, July 30 from 12 to 12:45 p.m. at the Supreme Sports Club Arena, located at 7080 Deepage Drive in Columbia. National Dance Day, a grassroots initiative that promotes health and wellness nationwide, was launched in 2010 by “So You Think You Can Dance” Executive Producer and Judge Nigel Lythgoe. CA ZumbaⓇ instructors will lead participants through the National Dance Day-choreographed dances and ZumbaⓇ dances. For more information on National Dance Day and to view the choreographed dances, please visit Dance4YourLife.org.

Registration will begin at 11 a.m. at the Supreme Sports Club skating entrance. The event is open to participants ages 14 and up and space is limited. There will be a $10 admission fee for non-members, which will be donated to the Coalition for a Healthy Maryland. CA members and one guest will be admitted for free; however, additional donations to the Coalition are welcome. Cash and checks will be accepted.  Checks should be made payable to Coalition for a Healthy Maryland.

CA is a proud supporter of the Coalition for a Healthy Maryland, a collaboration of Maryland businesses, health clubs, insurers, nonprofit associations and individuals determined to improve the health of our state.
